Travellers moved on from Basingstoke park
TRAVELLERS who set up camp at a Basingstoke park have been moved on by the police.
Seven caravans and 10 vehicles arrived at Stratton Park, off Pack Lane, in Kempshott, on Friday, June 6.
They were asked to move on by police, but relocated to Gershwin Road, in Brighton Hill.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has confirmed that the group was moved on again by the police, and has left the town.
