POLICE in Overton received 43 calls during July, of which six were in relation to crime, compared to 10 in July 2013.

The incidents in July included two burglaries of non-dwellings, one report of criminal damage and two assaults.

There was a report to police on July 15 of two people breaking into a vehicle in the overflow car park at Overton railway station, at 5.30am. On the same day, two garages were broken into in Station Road.
