A BASINGSTOKE driver who failed to stop and took to the roads without a valid driving licence or insurance has been banned.
Ali Jahromi, of Stag View, on Monday, July 17, last year, drove a red Honda, in Worting Road, dangerously.
Jahromi also had no valid driving licence or insurance and failed to stop when required to do so by a constable in uniform.
Later that month on Friday, July 28, Jahromi drove the same car on the same road without any valid insurance or licence.
Jahromi pleaded guilty to the driving offences on Thursday, November 30.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, January 17, the 21-year-old was sentenced for the offences.
Magistrates ordered him to comply with a community order including completing 200 hours of unpaid work.
Magistrates also banned the 21-year-old from driving for 15 months until an extended test is passed.
Court costs of £95 and a surcharge fee of £114 must be paid.
