A BASINGSOKE resident who failed to provide a specimen of breath has been banned from taking to the roads for three years.
On Sunday, May 28 last year Ngonidzashe Kazungaire, of Binfields Close in Chineham, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at the Northern Police Investigation Centre in Jays Close when suspected of having driven a vehicle.

The 40-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence on Tuesday, June 13 last year but was later found guilty on Friday, November 24.
During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Friday, January 19 magistrates banned Kazungaire from driving for 36 months and ordered 120 hours of unpaid work to be completed.
