A BASINGSTOKE man who failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
On Sunday, February 4, Christian Walker, of Meon Walk, when suspected of having driven a vehicle failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.

The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 5.
Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 17 months and ordered a fine of £420 to be paid.
Court costs of £85 and a surcharge fee of £168 must also be paid.
