AN EYELASH technician is 'over the moon' after being named a finalist in seven prestigious industry awards.
Marianna Konstantakis, the owner of MK BEAUTÉ in Aldershot, was selected as a finalist in the National Beauty Awards for Best Lash Artist and Best Lash Salon due to her work in hybrid, classic, and Russian eyelash extensions.
Marianna began working in beauty in 2018 after leaving secondary school to attend Farnborough College of Technology, achieving a level 2 diploma in beauty specialist technique where she 'found a love for lashes'.

She opened MK BEAUTÉ, in Newport Road, in November 2022, after taking courses to specialise in eyelash extensions.
Marianna said: "I couldn’t be more proud to be up for all these awards after being only one year and five months into my career."
She added: "I'm absolutely over the moon for my little business to be recognised by this awards ceremony.
"Never in a million years did I think I would get this far when opening my salon. I can't thank my clients enough for coming back to me to do their lashes, I always look forward to seeing them all."
