DELICIOUS street food, creative cakes and artisan gifts will all be part of the vibrant Vegan Fiesta, which is making a return to Festival Place this month.

The annual summer fiesta, organised by Sparkle Vegan Events, will take place at The Amphitheatre on the grass near The Angel on Sunday, May 19, from 11am to 5pm.

A variety of stalls will offer plant-based street food from all around the world, alongside delicious cakes, eco-friendly products and artisan gifts.

Returning favourites will include sizzling jumbo American-style hot dogs by The Vegan Street Diner, and other exciting stalls including: 

  • LotusV – making its Basingstoke debut with bao buns, noodles, vegan chicken satay, dumplings and much more

  • Tina’s Box – Columbian food from loaded nachos to empanadas

  • Java Vegan – Laksa bowls brimming with Indonesian foods

  • Doughnutz – handcrafted doughnuts

  • Pour Pony – a converted horsebox bar serving cocktails and beer on tap

  • Bon Bon Plant Based – yummy dairy-free fudge and pick ’n’ mix sweets

  • Rosina Makes – gluten-free homemade sweet and savoury bakes

  • Poppy Orange Designs – handmade jewellery with unique designs

  • Snow Moon Creations – hand-painted pots, homeware and accessories

  • Arielle – natural skincare products

The free fiesta will also feature plenty more stalls, free giveaways, entertainment and a bar.

“Our stallholders are wonderful small businesses offering delicious plant-based street food from around the world, and ethical artisan goods.
