A MAN wearing stockings and a suspender belt indecently exposed himself to a pensioner out walking her dog.
The 64-year-old was walking her dog around the south wall of Calleva Roman Town, near Silchester, when she saw a 5ft 10in tall man near where the wall joins Church Lane wearing a blue or grey long-sleeved sweatshirt, black stockings and a red suspender belt.
He was leaning against the bonnet of a small silver car while committing an indecent act.
The incident occurred on August 21, at about 3pm, and the man - described as white, of medium build and in his mid to late 30s - drove away in his vehicle along Church Lane towards Basingstoke when the woman took out her mobile phone to call the police.
Police have released an e-fit of a man and are appealing to anyone who recognises the description.
Pc Sarah Mills, from Basingstoke police station, said: "There were several other people walking their dogs in and around the area at the same time and I would ask them to contact police with any information that can assist us."
Anyone with information should contact Pc Mills, at Basingstoke police station, on 0845 045 4545, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
