A WOMAN from Basingstoke has been charged with shoplifting after items were stolen from the town centre.
Alcohol and clothing worth £186.80 were stolen from Waitrose in Basing View, and Cool! Merch in Festival Place in January and February.
Julie Mills, 50, of Ilsley Road, Basingstoke, was charged with two counts of theft from a shop.
Mills has been bailed with conditions and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 23.
