A BASINGSTOKE man has appeared in crown court charged with murder.
As previously reported, police charged Samuel De Wulf, 42, of Winterthur Way, Basingstoke, with the murder of Justin Green.
They were called at 6.49pm on Monday, April 29 to reports of a stabbing in Braddock Court.
A spokesperson said: "Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, a man in his 40s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Officers launched an investigation and have now charged a man."

De Wulf appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday, May 3 before appearing at Winchester Crown Court on Tuesday, May 7 in front of Judge Angela Morris.

De Wulf appeared in the courtroom where a preliminary trial date was set for Monday, October 21. A plea and trial preparation date was also given for Friday, July 5.
Following the hearing De Wulf was remanded into custody.
