BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT. 1972 DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council intends to dispose of the area of open space referred to in the first column of the Schedule below to the person referred to in the second column of the said Schedule. A copy of the plan showing the location and approximate area of the appropriate plot may be inspected during normal office hours at Parklands Reception at the Civic Offices. Any objections to the proposed disposals should be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference THE/XS05107 within 21 days of the first publication of this Notice, i.e. by 28th February 2014.
