BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

(AS AMENDED) DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council intends to dispose of the areas of open space referred to at (a) and (b) in Column 1 of the Schedule below to the respective companies referred to in Column 2 of the said Schedule. Plans showing the location and approximate area of the plots may be inspected during normal office hours at Parklands Reception at the under-mentioned offices of the Council. Any objections to the proposed disposals should be sent in writing to the undersigned within 21 days of the first publication of this Notice i.e. by 10th October 2014 quoting reference FFY/XJ12045.
