REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Wates Developments Ltd.
Relating to the application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for Erection of 70 dwellings including (28 affordable units), new vehicular access and other ancillary works At Land at Worting Farm, Worting Road, BASINGSTOKE, RG23 8PS.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
