BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE LOCAL PLAN PLANNING AND COMPULSORY PURCHASE ACT 2004 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF SUBMISSION TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE LOCAL PLAN
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has prepared a local plan. The authority submitted the local plan to the Secretary of State on 9 October 2014 under Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (the 2012 Regulations). The local plan applies to the whole of the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's administrative area and includes changes to the Adopted Policies Map.
Copies of the following documents are available for inspection from 9 October 2014 at the Council's Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Monday to Thursday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m and Friday 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
a) The Submission Local Plan

(including amendments to the Policies Map) under Regulation 22 and 35 of the 2012 Regulations;
b) The Sustainability Appraisal under Section 19(5) of the Act;

c) Supporting Statement ofConsultation

d) All other relevant documents used to inform plan content
