Appeal by The Hospital of St Cross and Almshouse of Noble Poverty
Relating to the application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council
For outline planning application for the erection of up to 34 new homes with
associated access, open space and landscaping and the change of use of
adjoining land to provide replacement orchards (with ancillary car parking and
storage buildings) and associated landscaping and access
