THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, RURAL)
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2015
Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of the powers under Sections 1,2, 4,5 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, has made the following Order:-
Title:-
The title of the Order, will be The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Various Roads, Rural) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2015.
The effect of the Order will be:-
1. To prohibit waiting along the sides of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Order (and listed below);
2. To restrict waiting, loading and unloading during the hours and along the sides of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order.
3. To revoke the Order in so far as it relates to those lengths of road as specified in Schedule 3 to the Order.
Date of operation:-
This Order will come into operation on 7^th August 2015. Application to the High Court:-
Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of Sections 1,2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of those Sections or of Parts I, II, III or IV of Schedule 9 to the Actorany requirements made under the said PartIII of Schedule 9 have not been complied within relation to the Order may, by 18^th September 2015 make application for the purpose to the High Court.

No waiting Monday to Friday 8-9am and 3-4pm in Milkingpen Lane, Belle Vue Road and Church Lane in its entirety, Old Basing.
