(GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) ORDER 2015,
AS AMENDED
CANCELLATION OF AN IMMEDIATE ARTICLE 4(1)
DIRECTION to which Article 6 applies
NOTICE PURSUANT TO Schedule 3 paragraph 1(1)

NOTICE is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council as the Local Planning Authority CANCELS with immediate effect the Article 4 (1) Direction made on 15 October 2015, in respect of the land at Basingstoke Town Conservation Area including but not limited to Chequers Road, Church Square, New Road, Basingstoke which areas were identified in greater detail on the plans A and B attached to the Direction.

The effect of the Direction is:
That the permitted development rights under the Town and County Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) remains unaffected.

Date of operation:
The Direction has immediate effect.
