REGULATORY REFORM (HOUSING ASSISTANCE) (ENGLAND AND WALES) ORDER 2002 BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE LOW CARBON HOUSING GRANT POLICY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council as the appropriate Local Housing Authority within the meaning of Article 2 of the Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance) (England and Wales) Order 2002 ("the Order") shall exercise their power to provide grants for housing assistance pursuant to Article 3 of the order. At an extraordinary meeting of the Council on 26 January 2016 Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council adopted the Housing Renewal Policy to provide Housing grants for eligible persons for the purposes of increasing energy efficiency subject to conditions. Full details of this Policy, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH. Details are also available on the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council website.
