Basingstoke and Deane The Neighbourhood Planning

BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL Publication of the Bramley Neighbourhood Plan The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) (Regulation 16)
Bramley Parish Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled Bramley Neighbourhood Plan 2011-2029, for their parish with the help of the local community. The neighbourhood plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is satisfied that the submitted Bramley Neighbourhood Plan complies with the relevant legal requirements and can therefore proceed to formal consultation and independent examination.
In accordance with the Regulations, the Borough Council is required to publicise the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents and invite comments.
Copies of the Bramley Neighbourhood Plan, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Consultation Statement and Basic Conditions Statement are available to view on the borough council's website: www.basingstoke.gov.uk/BramleyNP Additionally, there are a number of supporting documents that are available to view on the Parish Council's website: http://bramleyndp.org.uk/neighbourhood-development-plan-submission/ Hard copies are available for inspection at:

The period for submission of representations will run from Monday 18 July until Monday 5 September 2016. Representations should arrive no later than 4.00pm on 5 September 2016. All representations received will be available to view publicly. Representations can be submitted using the council's online consultation portal, by email or by post.
