Notice is given that Falcon Garage Ltd has applied to West Berkshire Council licensing authority for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises Falcon garage Burghfield Rd Tadley RG26 4QY for the sale of alcohol off the premises Mon 06.00 - 24.00 Tues to Sat 00.00 - 24.00 Sun 08.00 -21.00. Anyone who wishes to make representation regarding this application must give notice in writing no later than 07/10/2013 to Licensing Authority West Berkshire District Council, Council Offices, Market St, Newbury, RG14 5DL.The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summery of conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
