NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION FOR GUARDIANSHIP
TO: Biological Father John Doe
PLEASE BE NOTIFIED and advised that counsel for Petitioners have filed a Petition for Guardianship on July 23, 2014 in the Second Judicial District Court. The matter has been assigned to the Honorable Deborah Davis Walker. The Petitioners are required to give notice to the biological father of Michael William Jack Quinton, born in Warrington, England on September 9, 2000, to TamsinJaneQuinton.
PLEASE BE FURTHER NOTIFIED and advised that pursuant to the New Mexico Statutes Annotated Section 1978, 32A-5-27 (2001) and Rule 1-005 NMRA, you have thirty (30) days from the date of service in which to respond to the Petition if you intend to contest the adoption and the failure to do so shall be treated as a default, resulting in your consent to the adoption not being required.
