PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION APPLICATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 28th July 2013 Applicant(s) Mr D Carter

Proposed Variation
Variation to authorise an extension to the hours for the Sale of Alcohol 1100-0200hrs on Fridays and 0900-0200hrs on Saturdays in addition to existing timings.

 To authorise extended opening hours from 1100-0230hrs on Fridays and 0900-0230hrs on Saturdays.

 To authorise the addition of Recorded music and the showing of films Monday-Sunday 1100-2300hrs.

To authorise changes to the premises plan to include a new rear dining and front garden area.

 To remove restrictions on the current licence in regards to the admittance of children and replace with appropriate alternative conditions.
