THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACESHCASTONS CAR PARK AND CIVIC OFFICES CAR PARK) ORDER 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (the Council), pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of its own powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35 and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act proposes to make the following Order:-
Title - This Order, if made, will be The Basingstoke & Deane (Off Street Parking Places)(Castons Car Park and Civic Offices Car Park) Order 2013 (the Order) The effect of the Order will be to: -
1. To amend the provision of parking in Castons Car Park to include Business Parking Permit Bays (car parking fees as stated below remain unchanged) and;

2. To amend hours of operation of permit parking in the Civic Offices Car Park to Monday to Sunday at all times.
