PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION LICENCE VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a Variation of Premises Licence under the above Act on 27th March 2014.
Applicants: Laverstoke Park Produce LLP Address of Premises: Laverstoke Park Farm, Overton, Nr Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG25 3DR. Variation Details: To extend the attendance capacity figure for one of the two major events allowed on the premises to 23,999 persons on the premises at any one time (the existing licensed activities remain unchanged). The following conditions will be applied as licensing conditions -
No further variation applications to the license which would allow for an increase in frequency, size or capacity of the two major events allowed on the premises would be allowed
No two major events can be staged within 28 days of the conclusion of one event.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to The Licensing Officer, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire,
RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
