ZOO LICENSING ACT 1981

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

I, Sheldon Cary of Yew Tree Bungalow, The Common, Silchester, Hampshire RG7 2PH HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in not less than two months after publication of this notice I intend to make an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Sherfield on Loddon Garden Centre, Wildmoor Lane, Sherfield on Loddon, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG27 0HL

A written notice of the intention to make an application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office or website of the Council at: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH www.basingstoke.gov.uk between the hours of 0900 and 1700 Monday to Thursday, 0900 and 1630 Friday Signed: Sheldon Cary Dated: 7th July 2014
