NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Whitchurch Footpath No.15) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2013
On 20th January 2015, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council confirmed the above order made under S119 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed will be to divert the public footpath running from SU 4584 4820 via SU 4572 4818 to SU 4559 4827, as shown on the Order Plan. A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council Civic Offices London Road Basingstoke Hampshire between the times of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and the Order Plan can be bought there at the price of £2.50.
This order comes into force on the date on which Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council certify that the terms of Article 3 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published make an application to the High Court.
