Notice of proposal for change to the Association's constitution. Proposed change in italics. Paragraph 9. (c) (i) In addition to the Annual General Meeting the Managing Trustees shall convene at least two open meetings (subject to request) in each calendar year as a consultative forum of representatives of all groups/organisations/agencies which use the centre or are active in the area of benefit (including non-member organisations) (hereinafter called "Stakeholders").
