THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL

(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (LODDON PARADE,
BASING VIEW) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (the Council), pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of its own powers under Sections 32, 35, 124 and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act proposes to make the following Order:-

Title - This Order, if made, will be The Basingstoke and Deane (Off Street Parking Places) (Loddon Parade, Basing View) Order 2015 (the Order)

The effect of the Order will be to: -
1. Restrict parking to a maximum of 3 hours with a no return within 3 hours at the car park at Loddon Parade.

2. To introduce a Permit scheme for the proprietors and staff of the premises at 1-6 Loddon Parade to park for longer than the permitted stay.

3. To introduce Builders Dispensation Permit parking limited to contractors working at 1-6 Loddon Parade.

Objections:-
All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the Local Government and Litigation Team by Friday, 4th September 2015. Objections may be sent by email to the following address: communityservices@basingstoke.gov.uk. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made.
