LICENSING ACT 2003 NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION
Bennett Restaurants Limited is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for McDonalds, Brighton Hill Retail Park, Winchester Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4AN. The Licence if granted is to extend the current trading times of the restaurant and provision of late night refreshment. The proposal is for the restaurant to trade from 5am until 2am between Monday - Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to; The Licensing Authority, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days form the date of this notice.
