THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (MICHELDEVER ROAD, WHITCHURCH) ORDER 2015
Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of the powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, proposes to make the following Order:-Title:-
The title of the Order, if made, will be "The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition of Waiting) (Micheldever Road, Whitchurch) Order 2015". The effect of the Order will be:-
1. To prohibit waiting along the sides of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Order (and listed below);
2. To revoke the part of the Consolidation Order in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 of this Order (and listed below).
Objections:-
All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the local Government and litigation Team by Friday, 20^th November 2015. Objections may be sent by email to the following address: communityservices@basingstoke.gov.uk. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Further information:-
