Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Bar Fever (Basingstoke) Limited has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Bar Fever, 27 and 27A Winchester Street, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 7EE.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music and recorded music) Sunday to Wednesday 11.00 to 02.00 the following morning and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11.00 to 03.00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23.00 to 02.30 the following morning and Thursday Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 03.30 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Wednesday 11.00 to 02.30 the fol­lowing morning and Thursday, Friday and Saturday II .00 to 04.00 the fol­lowing morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above men­tioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than 3 December 2015 stating the grounds for objection.The register of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and the record of the appli­cation may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.basingstoke.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or reck­lessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
