Notice is hereby given that Las Iguanas Limited has applied in respect of the Las [guanas Unit R3 Lower Ground Festival Place Basingstoke RG21 7BB for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to permit the sale of alcohol as follows:- Sunday to Thursday from 09:00h until 00:00h; Friday and Saturday from 09:00h until 01:00h the following morning; To permit 30 minutes drinking up time on the above days, following the last permitted sale of alcohof. To permit late night refreshment as follows:- Sunday to Thursday from 23:00h until 00:3Oh the following morning; Friday and Saturday from 2.3:00h until 01:30h the following morning. To permit recorded music as follows:- Sunday from 14:00h until 22:00h; Monday to Thursday from 19:00h until 22:00h; Friday and Saturday from 19:00h until 00:00h; For all of the above, until 01:00h the morning following New Year's Eve and every Bank Holiday Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by end of 31st December 2015, to the Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council Licensing Authority at Civic Centre, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
