Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that LkJI UK GmbH has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Worting Road Basingstoke RG22 6PE to be effective immediately on the grant of the variation: 1. Variation to the opening hours/hours permitted to sell alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises to: Monday-Sunday 07:00-23:00. Removal of the seasonal variations in relation to the hours permitted lor the sale of alcohol. 2. Removal of the conditions in relation to the licensed/opening hours of the store. To be effective from 01.05.2016: Variation to the layout plan attached to the premises due to the store being refurbished. This will include a small extension for a staff only ancillary area. Any person wishing to make representations or this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Governance, Basingstoke and Deans Borough Council, Civic Offices London Road Basingstoke RG21 4AH by 22.02.2016.
