PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003 CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE VARIATION APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a VARIATION to a Club Premises Certificate under the above Act on February 22nd 2016

Proposed licensable activities: To allow live and recorded music on Saturday nights to 23:30 and until 24:00 on Christmas Eve and until 01:30 New Years Eve. To extend the hours to supply alcohol Sunday to Friday until 23:30, Saturday until 24:00, Christmas Eve until 24:00, New Years Eve until 01:30. Remove Annex 4 and add conditions under Annex 2 to promote the licensing objectives.
