THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (the Council), pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of its own powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4, 5, 32, 35 and 124 and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act proposes to make the following Order:-
Title - This Order if made can be cited as The Basingstoke & Deane (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2016 (the Order)
The effect of the Order will be to -
1. To update the Order with new parking charges.

2. To revoke The Basingstoke & Deane (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2015.
