THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTICTION OF WAITING) (VARIOUS ROADS. BRAMLEY) TRAFFIC ORDER 2016

Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of the powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4, 5, 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, proposes to make the following Order:-

Title:-
The title of the Order, if made, will be The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Various Roads, Bramley) Traffic Order 2016.

The effect of the Order will be:

To bring into permanent effect the provisions of the experimental order made in 27 February 2014 which provides for:
1. To prohibit use along the sides of road specified in Schedule 1 to this Order (and listed below);
2. To restrict use along the sides of road specified in Schedule 2 to this Order (and listed below);

Objections:-

All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the Local Governmentand Litigation Team byFriday, 8th April 2016. Objectionsmaybe sentby email to the following address: communityservices@basingstoke.gov.uk. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made.
