PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the above Act on 21 April 2016 by Mr I Morton in respect of Fernbank Hotel, 4 Fairfields Road, Basingstoke, RG21 3DR to allow for the sale of alcohol Mon to Sun 11.00 to 22.00. The postal address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Licensing Team, Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH within 28 days of the publication date of this notice given above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
