PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Niza Enterprises Ltd has made an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for the variation of the existing Premises Licence for Houndmills Service Station, Aldermaston Road, South Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 6YL. The proposed variation is to permit the licensable activity of the retail sale of alcohol, off the premises only, during the hours of 00:00 to 24:00 on all days of the week and to permit late night refreshment. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and where the details of the application may be inspected is: BDBC, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.
