Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Servi ces) Li mited has applied in respect of the Waterwitch Colt Hill Odiham Hook RG29 1AL
for a variation to the premises
licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to allow for:This is an application to
make the following changes to the premises licence in order to bring it
up to date and line with the intended operation of the business: 1.Addition of an outside dispense bar 2. Make
amendments to the premises licence conditions. Please refer to the application for a full list of the proposed changes. The hours and
licensable activities authorised by the
premises licence are to remain
unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of any fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with
the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment.Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the
licensing plan regulations is indicative
only and subject to change.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 9 November 2016,to the Hart District
Council licensing Authority at Civic
Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, GU51 4AE where the register of licensing
applications can be inspected between during office hours and/or at http://www.hart.gov.uk/.
