THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) (VARIOUS ROADS (9). BASINGSTOKE) ORDER 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has made the following Order:-
Reason for Order: The Council are satisfied that traffic on the roads should be restricted or prohibited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads.
Effect of Order: All traffic will be prohibited from travelling along:
1. B3046 Farleigh Road, Brown Candover/ Chilton Candoverfrom Bugmore Lane toTotford Hill
2. A33 Basingstoke Road, Popham from A30 Stockbridge Road to Larkwhistle Farm Road
3. Crockford Lane, Basingstoke from Lime Tree Hill to A33 Reading Road
4. A339 Ringway East, Basingstoke from the junction with the A33 Reading Road up to the junction with A30 London Road.
5. A339 Newbury Road, Kingsclere/Headley between B3051 Knowle Hill, Kingslere and Galley Lane Headley
6. Pelton Road Basingstoke between Kingsclere Road and the end of the Cul De Sac
7. Pack Lane Kempshott/Oakley between Kempshott Lane and Fox Lane
8. Pack Lane Kempshott between Brackley Way and Kempshott Lane
9. Kempshott Lane, Kempshott between Kestrel Road & Pack Lane
10. Buckskin Lane, Buckskin between Chiltern Way and Pack Lane
11. Whitehill Overton between Winchester Street and Coxford Down
12. A30 London Road Old Basing between Andwell Lane & Byfleet Avenue
13. A340 Mulfords Hill, Tadley from the roundabout with New Road/Rowan Road to the junction with Millers Road

The closures are to allow for highway maintenance works and will typically not last for more than 1 week per road as indicated on traffic signs prior to closures.
Duration of Order: The order came into effect on 25 June 2013 for one year and works are due to commence on 5 July 2013.
