THE BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (ST ANDREWS ROAD. BASINGSTOKE) TRAFFIC ORDER 2013
Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of the powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 32, 35, 124 and Part IV Schedule 9, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, has made the following Order:-
Title:-
This Order may be cited as "The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Restriction of Waiting) (St Andrews Road, Basingstoke) Traffic Order 2013".
The effect of the Order will be to:
1. To bring The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Restriction Of Waiting)
(St Andrews Road, Basingstoke) Experimental Traffic Order 2012 into permanent effect.
2. To impose waiting restrictions on the lengths of road and at times detailed in Schedule 1 to this notice.

This Order will come into operation on 2nd August 2013. Further information:-

Application to the High Court:-
Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in the Order on the grounds thatitis notwithin the powers of Sections 1, 2 and 4 ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of those Sections or of Parts I, II, III or IV of Schedule 9 to the Act or any requirements made under the said PartIII of Schedule 9 have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, byFriday 13th September 2013 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
