PUBLIC PATH AGREEMENT
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL
SHERFIELD ON LODDON BRIDLEWAY NO.17
On 3rd October 2013 the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Lance Levy Investments Limited completed an agreement made under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the agreement is to create a bridleway maintainable at public expense of 3 metres width commencing at Sherfield on Loddon Bridleway 16 at grid reference SU 6915 5720 proceeding north-westwards to join Sherfield on Loddon Bridleway 16 at grid reference
SU 6913 5722.
The procedure for diversion of Bridleway16 is also being carried out concurrently and this Agreement will take effect once the formal Diversion Order procedure is complete.
A copy of the Agreement may be seen free of charge at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council Civic Offices London Road Basingstoke Hampshire between the times of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the Agreement can be bought there at the price of £2.50. Dated this 7th day of November 2013
