NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Whitchurch Footpath No.15)
Public Path Diversion Order 2013

The above named Order, made on 27th November 2013 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from SU 4584 4820, via SU 4560 4823 to SU 4559 4827, to a line running from SU 4584 4820 via SU 4572 4818 to SU 4559 4827, as shown on the Order Plan. A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council Civic Offices London Road Basingstoke Hampshire between the times of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and the Order Plan can be bought there at the price of £2.50.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Governance and Monitoring Officer, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH not later than 23rd May 2014. The grounds on which representations and objections are made must be stated.
If no representations or objections are made or if any are withdrawn Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council may itself in accordance with the above Act confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation then any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
Persons wishing to make representations or objections are advised that in the Order making process, representations or objections may become publicly available and therefore the names and address of those persons making representations or objections would also be made publicly available.
