(SINCLAIR DRIVE) TRAFFIC ORDER 2014

Notice is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council and in exercise of the powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, proposes to make the following Order:-Title:-
The title of the Order, if made, will be The Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (Prohibition Of Waiting) (Sinclair Drive) Traffic Order 2014 The effect of the Order will be:-
1. To prohibit parking on Sinclair Drive as specified in Schedule 1 to this Order; Objections:-
All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the Public Law Team by Friday, 3rd October 2014. Objections may be sent by email to the following address: communityservices@basingstoke.gov.uk. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Further information:-
Full details of this proposal are contained in the draft Order and together with the plans and statement of reasons can be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Parklands Reception, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4AH, or by visiting the Council's website (Basingstoke.gov.uk) and clicking on Transport and streets/Roads, highways and pavements/Permanent traffic regulation orders (parking restrictions etc.)
