BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL VARIATION OF FEES FOR GRANT OF HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE AND OPERATORS LICENCES
NOTICE is hereby given that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council in exercise of its powers under S70 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 propose to vary the fees for the grant of hackney carriage and private hire vehicles and
operators licences in the Borough in accordance with the following table:

Any objections to the proposed variation to the fees must be made in writing to the Head of Commissioning and Governance, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH to arrive no later than 1600hrs on 13 March 2015.
A copy of the notice of the proposed variation to the fees will also be available for inspection without payment from Monday to Friday during normal office hours for a period of 28 days at the Civic Offices.
If no objection is made to the proposed variation within the specified period for objections the revised fees will come into operation on 1 April 2015.
Any objections received and not withdrawn will be considered by the Council's Licensing Committee at its meeting on 31 March 2015 and the revised fees will then come into force with or without modifications on 1 April 2015. Head of Commissioning and Governance
