SILCHESTER Village made it a double winning season as they won the North Hants May Cup after a penalty shoot-out victory over Broughton.

TWENTYTEN enjoyed a double winning Saturday as their first team were crowned Basingstoke and District League Division One and their reserves won the Hampshire Junior B Cup.

TWENTYTEN need just a point from their final game of the season to win the Basingstoke and District League Division One title after they beat title rivals AFC Berg 4-0 last Saturday.

WITH just two weeks left until the end of the season, it is a three horse race for the Basingstoke and District Saturday League Division One title, between Twentyten, Silchester Village and AFC Berg.

OVERTON United B reached their second cup final of the season after beating Twentyten Reserves 5-0 in the semi-final of the Basingstoke B Cup.

HOOK'S chances of winning the Basingstoke and District Saturday League Division One title are over after they drew 1-1 with Silchester Village.

A BUMPER crowd at the Camrose saw favourites Twentyten win the Peter Raynbird Cup with a comfortable 5-1 victory against their Division Two opponents Overton United B.

SATURDAY evening at the Camrose, the first on the local cup finals is being played.

THE semi -final of the Basingstoke A Cup between Silchester Village and Twentyten did not take place as the Silchester pitch was waterlogged.

NORTH Warnborough will contest the final of the Basingstoke B Cup at Barlow’s Park, Tadley on Saturday May 4 (6.30 pm).
