STAFF at Romans have good reason to celebrate as the firm, which has a branch in Basingstoke’s Top of The Town, has been recognised as the UK’s Estate Agency of the Year for the second year in a row.
Judges in the competition, run in association with The Times and The Sunday Times, were impressed with the work Romans has achieved during 2012, praising the business’ attitude of continual improvement and innovation.
Romans also took home a gold award for Best Training and Development 2012 in addition to the gold award for Best Marketing 2012.
Vincent Courtney, managing director for residential sales, said: “Winning the Estate Agency award in 2011 was already a great honour, but being the first to win it twice in a row is truly an exceptional achievement which will drive us to maintain our high standards going forward.
“This award is a testament to the ability, enthusiasm and hard work of our staff at every branch who now have proof of their excellence on a national scale.”
