GIVE Blood: The National Blood Transfusion Service will be at the Westside Community Centre, in Paddock Road, next Tuesday.
There are two sessions from 1pm to 3.25pm and 4.30pm to 7pm. If you can, do give blood – it saves lives.
HALLOWE’EN Family Night: A Hallowe’en Family Night for all the family is to be held this Saturday, at the Labour Club, starting at 7.30pm.
There will be a disco, fancy dress, and a barbecue. All are welcome.
BONFIRE Night Celebration: Bonfire Night Fun Night is to be held on Friday, November 2, at the Labour Club.
The celebration includes a bonfire, guy competition, barbecue, and fireworks. The evenings events start at 7.30pm – all welcome.
PEN and Ink Workshop: The workshop, which is suitable for beginners, is to be at South Ham Library on Monday, November 12, from 10am to 1pm. The workshop will cover line, hatching, cross-hatching, stippling, textural mark-making and tonal washes.
The session costs £12 (concessions apply) and a materials fee of £3.20. Contact 336047.
