OLD Kingsclere: Bill Fergie visits the Heritage Association on Thursday, November 23, at 7.30pm, to talk about "Early Kingsclere Houses".
He is chairman of Hampshire Buildings Survey Group and is dedicated to research into ancient buildings.
Bill is an accomplished speaker with a wealth of knowledge of what lies inside the skin of our listed buildings which he illustrates with appropriate slides.
Non-members are welcome.
CHOCOLAT: It is time to book for the latest film club offering on Saturday, December 2, at the Village Club, at 7.30pm.
Chocolat features Juliet Binoche as a chocolatiere who disrupts a village when she opens a shop.
Call 0870 225 8063 to book.
INDOOR market: Denise is calling for more cake makers to supply the stall.
Costs are refunded and profits go to the Village Club.
She is also desperate for more jam jars, so if you have some to dispose of, please leave them at the club. Please note it is only jam jars that she needs, not coffee jars.
