HISTORY: Those interested in the history of the village hall may like to see the archive material – photographs, articles, books, census records and legal documents – which will be on display on Tuesday, December 1, from 1pm to 3pm during Lunch Club and during the WI meeting on Wednesday, from 3.30pm to 4.20pm.
The material will also be available to be seen on Saturday, December 19, from 10.30am to noon, and Thursday, January 21, from 11.30am to 4.30pm (during Loddon Quilters).
You may be able to help with information about some of the photos which will be on display and Lois (01256 882605) and Kathleen will be pleased to hear from anyone who might have any relevant documents which they would like the opportunity to see.
PUPPET Show: Marvellous Magical Coat, by The Other Hand Puppet Theatre Company, in association with Hampshire County Council’s Hog The Limelight scheme, comes to the village hall on Sunday, December 13, at 3pm.
This is a family show for those aged five and over and is described as “a modern day fairy story about a little boy who is given a huge coat which he hates – until it takes him into a strange land where his adventures begin”.
